All of Dynamic Lighting Solutions commercial grade products are finished with a durable baked on Polyester Powder Coating.
Standard Finishes:
TBK - Textured Black
CLB - Classic Bronze
GRN - Green
BLK - Smooth Satin Black
WHT - White
Premium Finishes:
GTG - Granite Green
ATC - Antique Copper
Our Finishing Process
Six step cleaning process including abrasive blasting and chemical cleaning.
Parts are dried and preheated
Electrostatically charged polyester powder is applied to a uniform thickness.
Powder is heat cured in a precisely controlled oven to ensure a beautiful long lasting finish.
Two types of Custom Colors are available.
-Stock colors that are readily available from our powder suppliers. (will require an up-charge)
-Matched colors that require the powder manufacturer to custom blend a batch of powder to specification. (will require a significant up-charge that may be cost prohibitive for small jobs)
